Sometimes you are given a claim number to look at before you are given the member information. This screen allows you to view the claim, and use the “Member Info” link at the top of the page, to view the member in a separate window. This allows you to toggle between windows to research the member benefits and compare them to how a claim was processed. Once you are done with the claim you may hit “Log OFF” and it will close your claim window, but keep your member window open.
