5.2.6 Health and Safety

•	 The contractor shall comply with
    all appropriate health and safety
    requirements, in particular the Construction
    (Design and Management) Regulations
    2015 and all subsequent amendments and
    revisions.

•	 The contractor shall cooperate fully with the
    Principal Designer appointed by The Client
    for the duration of the works.

•	 All Domino’s sites shall be designated as
    enclosed work places under the Smoking in
    the Workplace legislation and as such, no
    smoking shall be permitted on site at any
    time. The main contractor has responsibility
    for the site and therefore is also responsible
    for ensuring compliance by anyone working
    on site or delivering to site. Appropriate ’No
    Smoking‘ signs must be displayed at site
    entrances.
