5.1 Roles and Responsibilities
The following identifies the key responsibilities of
Domino’s Pizza UK & Ireland Ltd, The Employer
(The Client), and the Shopfitting Contractor
(The Contractor/Main contractor/ Principle
contractor).
Please note that for a Self-Build project, the
franchisee for that site is The Employer, NOT
Domino’s Pizza UK & Ireland Ltd, and he/she is
responsible for supplier/contractor payments,
on-site CDM Compliance, Building Regs
compliance, Planning Consent compliance,
etc, unless otherwise agreed.
