DPG Managed Refit - Standard / Enhanced Works

For refit projects undertaken on a DPG managed basis, the DPG Project Management team will provide the
following services, in addition to those listed as part of the ‘self-build’ sections above:

• Appointment of a Principal Designer

• Comply with all ‘Client’ duties under the CDM Regulations 2015

• Pre-construction site visit from DPG PM

• Preparation and issue of tender, tender cost analysis

• Construction site progress from DPG PM

• Post completion inspection and snagging to ensure compliance with brand standards
Fee payable by the Franchisee for a DPG managed refit project is £1,000 + VAT*

*Excludes external consultant fees / fees payable to statutory bodies. All costs to be approved in writing by
the Franchisee prior to any instructions being raised by DPG.
