Thank you for your for volunteering during the Coronavirus
pandemic

This handbook is intended as a guide to
volunteering and a reference for you to use
during your volunteering.

Not everything will be in this handbook,
although we have done our best to make it as
informative as possible.

It is important that you protect yourself and others whilst volunteering so please take
the time to read this handbook.

You may be involved in any of the following roles
 Covid Testing
 Taking to medical appointments
 Delivering medication
 Interpreting
 Filling in forms i.e. immigration, benefits, housing, HMO’s – a lot of form filling
 Advice
 Helpline
 Checking on welfare and wellbeing
