The enemy they will defeat,
As snow he'll melt away from us.

Souls living in captivity,
They will have liberty through Christ;
Dark shadows will surround those men,
Full of ungodliness and sin.

All Satan's evil hosts of sin,
They will not have peace on this earth;
Only the saints of Christ will have,
Triumphs and vict'ry while they live.

The faithful will see His kind face,
And perfect holiness they'll gain;
Oh, Christ give me of your great pow'r,
Only your good will I shall do.

Nothing on this Earth can satisfy me,
As Christ Jesus, my good Savior Lord;
Nothing gives my heart more peace and comfort,
Only His compassion and great love.
If I held the world as my possession,
It would not be valuable for me;
Earthly joys are passing, they're not lasting,
It does not give peace like Christ my Lord.
