P. 269

CHORUS
               Oh, Lord bless the talent you have given to me,
          //And multiply it Lord,// all glory and honor unto your Name;
                    Oh, Lord, grant me stronger faith.
                               2
                What joy I have now because I have received,
                 The joy I felt when my sins washed away;
              Through baptism my guilt and crimes were erased,
               And by the Lord's blood my soul is freely saved.
                               3
                And now that I'm free I will toil for the Lord,
                 To multiply the talent that He gave to me;
              And build upon the Temple, the House of the Lord,
               It's will be my delight to praise His holy Name.
                               4
                 United to my Brethren I'll always remain,
                Because we are kin of the author of the faith;
                I will increase the talent the Lord gave to me,
              So when He returns He may find faith in our souls.

          LOTW Emlgdio Alvarado/ Eph 6.20 GRATITUDE/ Num 23.19 INTERCESSION
              My darkest hours and anguish have now gone by,
               Only sweet gladness is flooding heart and soul;
                I made a promise to the Lord of the heavens,
                 I will fulfill it though it may cost me my life;
                  All I ask of the church is to pray for me.
                            CHORUS
                  Merciful God, your promises are faithful,
                   You gave to John a divine revelation;
              You said you would come to wipe away our tears,
           And we would not know sorrow throughout all of our days.
                               2
                 I am a pilgrim complying with this mission,
                  My obligation will be to speak of Christ;
                I have no nest here, as a bird I am wand'ring,
                 I am a stranger I have no home on earth;
