The Vietnamese farmers’ life had a crisis by the
bombardment and canons of both sides, which will drop over
their heads at any time. They lived in the hell of war and always
carried in their soul the hate for French colonials as they hated
the Chinese Empire. Cause they had learned the Vietnam
history, understood that the foreigner used Vietnamese people as
their slavery, and took Vietnam’s natural resources to feed their
homeland. At the same time, Vietnamese people were afraid to
die by the communist members. Because

Vietminh policy opened the harassment tactics in the village
as every night meeting of study. Therefore Vietminh agents
threaten the people in the meeting, kept the people worn out in
their worry and did not have time to think of the other side for
comparison. Also

Vietminh agents killed few people by the doubt of
opposable at midnight secret so many times in the villages. They
used terrorism in the whole country to connect the black tax, got
the young supporters to be the soldiers for the war, and made the
people obey them without a word.

Ho-Chi-Minh and his crook politician key workers
promoted Communist party such as the party from the people,
by the people, for the people and ready to sacrifice for the
country. They commended the revolutionary spirit, equality of
life, spirit of loving and sharing. They launched the long period
propaganda of resistance to French militarist until Vietnam get
back its freedom and independence.

Most the poor, farmers, working class and some of the little
capital believed Communist party’s words by the strategic
propaganda of promotion. Ho-Chi-Minh said the struggling class
was the root of Vietnamese live, the hero of revolution and
mirror for the world by resisting French colonials to seek
freedom and independence for the country. Ho-Chi-Minh’s
promise that the people will have the best live and equal right
