Vietminh had planned to take the countryside for closing the
cities, made the economic crisis in cities by the cut off the high
ways, and used harassment tactics to push their enemy into
confusion.

France fell into the economic crisis by the first Indochina
war, and in Vietnam, French Militarist had taken worse, even
they used Vietnam National Movement forces to recover few
heavy lost. They became insufficient on the battle and waited for
help from American aid.

After American politicians turned away from Vietminh,
made the chance for Vietminh falling to the Soviet and China
arms, they financed aid warfare and heavy weapons for French
militarist. They made the Vietnam war spreading out on over
country with flames and screaming of the people by the contest
weapons between American and Communist world. It killed the
people by the thunder bombs and canons that dropped on their
head. It threatened the people by the craters in the streets,
villages and paddy fields, which filled water and mixed blood
with dead people floating in them.

American politicians were carrying the dominated ambition
for the world by the capitalism and forces in the interfere
policies. They supported heavy arms and financing for French
militarist to continue the Vietnam war, and against the influence
of Red China and Soviet on Vietminh side. Also, they tried to
control two ancient rich lands of Laos and Cambodia by using
French force, while Cho-Noi (Hung-Yen) battle was threatening
by Vietminh troops.

The Cho-Noi (Hung-Yen) battle broke up in late 1951 with
dreadful and blood for the fighting soldiers. It raised the hot
news on the first page of the daily news in Hanoi capital, made
rumor going fast on the people with the crisis. Nguyen's mother
had run up and down to find the news about her spouse in the
Cho-Noi firebase at any military offices that related to 10th
