Again, Invercargill put on a stellar day and the boys were keen to put together a strong performance in our last home game of the year. This started out as we raced out to an early lead, with two of our be er team tries of the season nished o by Sala Kuresa and Sean Withy. Consistently domina ng the stats, the points kept rolling in from the
boot of Jordan Maher. A number of well worked, set piece and team tries, meant that by the me the nal whistle went, we had run out deserving winners 46-5. Jordan Maher arguably having his best game of the season, knocking them through the horns from all round the paddock. This win meant we would travel up to Li lebourne yet again to tackle rivals Otago boys’ in the Highlanders’ nal.
