Letter from the Chairman
Dear Friends:
Changes occur whether we are
ready or not, whether we want them
or not. Change is not only constant,
it happens faster than ever before
and if we don’t change, we become
obsolete. If we are to provide
alcohol to responsible customers
and consumers, we must adopt
21 century sales and distribution
st
opportunities or we lose confidence
and trust from our stakeholders. We must constantly pursue
innovation, collaborate with our partners, share “Best Practices” and
continuously embrace and Take Advantage of Change.
The successful arc for any organization is to adapt to the current
reality, prepare for the future and be mindful of the past. This requires
constant change gleaned from lessons learned and innovative MEETINGS
thinking. While good ideas need to be shared, it’s just as important
that poor ideas need to be recognized and discarded. Additionally,
we cannot be singularly focused on just increasing the bottom line.
As responsible citizens, our role, and that includes industry, is to also
monitor and assess newly implemented practices in all jurisdictions
not just from an operational efficiency perspective, but also from a DOWNLOAD THE
public health and safety viewpoint. NABCA MEETINGS
