                                  5.2   The undergraduate student in continuing program can make the program transfer
                        request  for  just  one  time  while  studying  in  the  Institute.  The  request  must  be  completed  and
                        approved by the Program Chair and the Dean before the course enrollment for that semester.
                               6.  The student who has faculty or program changed must register for study in the new
                        Faculty or Program for at least one regular semester before graduation.
                               7.  After  receiving  approval  for  faculty  or  program  transfer,  the  student  must  pay  for
                        transfer  fee  as  specified  by  the  Institute  and  new  student  identification  number  shall  be  given
                        accordingly.
                               8.  For cases not covered by the aforementioned, the Vice President of Academic Affairs
                        is authorized to consider a proper measure for each case and the decision made shall be final.
