                                  on Faculty Transfer and Program Change(Revised)

                       1.  The student who intends to change faculty or program must study in the prior faculty
               or program not less than one regular semester, excluding the semester on leave or suspension.
                       2.  Rules for faculty transfer and program change:
                           2.1  Program change within the Faculty
                               The  student  can  request  for  Program  Change  within  the  same  faculty  by
               submitting  Request  for  Program  Change  with  supporting  reasons.  Except  for  the  International
               Business Program, where the student must also submit a Request for Basic Knowledge Assessment
               required  by  the  Faculty  and  the  Program.  The  approval  of  Program  Change  shall  be  under  the
               consideration of the Program Director, and approved by the Dean.
                           2.2   Faculty transfer and/or Program Change between Faculties
                                2.2.1  The student who requests to change Program that is not in the current
                                      Faculty  must  submit  Request  for  Program  Change  to  take  the  Basic
                                      Knowledge Assessment required by the new Faculty and Program.
                                2.2.2   The student who passed the required basic knowledge tests shall submit
                                      the Request for Program Change together with necessary reasons. The
                                      approval  of  the  transfer  shall  be  under  the  consideration  of  Program
                                      Director and the Dean of the new Program and Faculty.
                       3.  After  receiving  approval  for  Faculty  or  Program  transfer,  the  student  must  specify
               courses to be accredited and transferred so that the transferred courses and credits can be included
               for the GPAX calculation in the new program’s transcript. The Program Chair and the Dean of the
               accepting faculty shall consider and approve accordingly. The new GPAX shall be calculated after
               academic results at the new Faculty or Program are due to be announced.
                       4.  The actual grade received in the transferred courses shall be recorded in the semester
               and academic year that those courses were enrolled. This is not subject to any course accreditation
               and credit transfer fee.
                       5.  Procedures for faculty and program transfer
                          5.1   The undergraduate student can request the program change through the program
               transfer procedures but not more than two times while studying in the Institute. The request must be
               completed and approved by the Program Chair and the Dean before the course enrollment for that
               semester.
