The analysis of the opportunities and obstacles in ASEAN countries’ environment,
for example, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Philippines. The analysis of the strengths
and weaknesses of doing business in ASEAN in order to plan the international business
strategy, business operation and control in ASEAN through the study of current situation.

Analysis of opportunities and threats for conducting business operations in
China, assessment size of China’s market, understanding Chinese business culture, history,
politics, society, importance of maintaining face and relationships, analysis and discussion
of case studies involving foreign companies in China.

Analyzing opportunities and threats for business operations in Japan, identifying
strengths and weaknesses of a firm for doing business in Japan in order to implement
international strategy and operational plan, sustain and control business operations in
Japan by learning from updated case studies.
