A guest lecture on the topic “Practical insight of probability “was

conducted on 27 of October 2017 by Dr. Neelakandan R,

Assistant Professor, IIIT D & M Kurnool. This guest lecture was

organized by Dr. C. Hemanth and Dr. Mohanaprasad K. Around

120 students from second year B. tech attended the lecture. The

basic motive of the guest lecture was to induce in students the

sense of understanding of probability and related concepts and its

application in real life.

A guest lecture on the topic “ARM Microcontroller” was conducted

on 9 of October 2017 by Mr. Karthik Venkatesh, Senior Manager,

SIGNALS & SYSTEMS (India) Pvt. Ltd. This guest lecture was

organized by Prof. G. Gugapriya and Dr. Menaka. Around 18

students from M. tech attended the lecture. He discussed ARM
Cortex 3 and also about industrial applications.
