                               HUMAN RESOURCES GENERAL POLICIES &

                                                    PROCEDURES




               FOR ALL EMPLOYEES



                   A.  HIRING PROCEDURES (Internal & External)

                       1.  All hiring should follow approved manpower plantilla.
                       2.  Department Heads are to submit to HR an approved Manpower Requisition Form with at least 7 days lead time to
                          concern Manpower Agency.
                       3.  Advertisements, announcements, and other advisories will be done by HR.
                       4.  Manpower sourcing shall be done by the Agency and shall facilitate recruitment procedures
                       5.  All applicants will undergo screening procedures as required and set by HRD.
                       6.  Agency  HR  shall  notify  and  coordinate  with  the  Security  Department,  HR  Training  Manager  and  respective
                          Department Head qualified applicants who shall start their 12 Days Starter Kit Training.

                   B.  PRESECRIBED UNIFORM & GROOMING STANDARDS

                       1.  Uniform Standards

                              a.  All employees shall be provided with (2) sets of prescribed uniform of each color. All employees
                                 who have issued uniform shall only be allowed to render duty when they are in complete prescribed
                                 uniform upon logging in.

                              b.  All employees including Department Heads, Managers and Supervisors shall wear the prescribed
                                 uniform. HRD and respective Department Heads, Managers and Supervisors shall consistently
                                 check and implement Uniform and Grooming Standards.

                              c.  For employees who do not have their prescribed uniform yet, shall follow the following standards
                                 until such time that their prescribed uniform is already available

                              d.  Front line female employees (Front Office, Sales, Reservations & Marketing), Finance & Admin
                                 Employee, Supervisors in all Departments, & Admin Engineers:

                                     1.  Black or gray regular type of slacks and/or black or gray colored pencil cut skirt    at least
                                         two (2) inches above the knee not the tight fitted and leggings type slacks.
                                     2.  Business type blouse and/or short and long sleeve polo in plain solid or thin and fine
                                         prints. White, blue or earth colors only.
                                     3.  White and skin colored undergarment is required for female employees while wearing
                                         prescribed uniform and/or business type blouse and polo.
                                     4.  Skin toned stockings is required if wearing skirt.

                              e.  Front  line  male  employees  (Front  Office,  Sales,  Reservations  &  Marketing),  Finance  &  Admin
                                 Employee, Supervisors in all Departments & Shift Engineers:

                                     1. Black or gray regular type and straight cut slacks.
                                     2. Formal type short and long sleeve polo, plain solid or thin and fine prints.
                                          White, blue or earth colors only.
                                     3. White and unprinted undershirt is required.
