               Task 5: Performing collection of accounts and preparing deposit slips.

                    1.  Receive  documents  for  mailing  from  concerned  Requests are acknowledged.

               Task 6: Maintaining filing system of clients’ folder for outstanding SOA.

                    3.  Arrange folders by client’s name in alphabetical
                        order.


               Task 7: Filing and stamping “PAID” all SOA by the clients.

                    1.  Sort out paid SOAs clients according to company.   SOAs are stamped and noted and filed accordingly.

                    2.  Use rubber stamp to note “Paid” in SOA and put
                        OR # and date of payment.

                    3.  File in appropriate folder.

                    4.  Keep in filing cabinet.


               Task 8: Conduct Credit Investigation for clients/travel agents for possible credit line.

                    1.  Call travel agents/clients for Credit Investigation.   Documents should be duly furnished & signed before credit
                                                               line approval.
                    2.  Assessed for possible credit line.


                    3.  Report any divergence from the submitted
                        application form.

                    4.  Confidential records should be kept on file.
