They  deserve  RESPECT  for  all  the  work  they  do  for
          children,  families,  and  our  communities  each  and
          every  day.  Early  childhood  educators,  directors,

          and teachers came together in April to learn from
          each  other  and  numerous  presenters,  including
          Holly  Elissa  Bruno,  a  best-selling  author,  radio  host
          and international keynote speaker.


          The  ELC  of  Duval  helped  sponsor  the  event,  along
          with  the  Florida  Association  for  the  Education

          of  Young  Children  (flaeyc),  Episcopal  Children’s
          Services,  Kids  Hope  Alliance,  Bright  Horizons  and

          Citi Bank.



































          Congratulations to our semi-annual “Core Value Winners!”  Diane Wilder (CFR), Lori Smith
          (Program Quality & Assessment) and Jeannette Garcia (Provider Services) were chosen
          by their peers. “They embody our core values here at the ELC of Duval, including quality,

          integrity, respect, service, teamwork, and education. These values are the essence of the
          ELC. They are not just words on paper, but something we strive hard to live by everyday,”

          says Denise Marzullo, President/CEO.
