Prepare the patties over a clean surface.
Prepara la masa de empanada sobre una superficie limpia.

Boil the eggs and peel. Open the tuna can.
Hierve los huevos y pélalos. Abre la lata de atún

Preheat the oven at 140 to 150 ºC.
Precalienta el horno a 140º o 150ºC.

Only when the sofrito is cold, place a bit in the middle of each patty, add a bit of egg and a bit
of tuna and cover with another patty. Use a fork to get them sealed.

Cuando el sofrito esté frío, pon un poco en el centro de la empanadilla, añade un poco de
huevo y un poco de atún. Cúbrelo con la otra empanadilla. Usa un tenedor para cerrarla.
