 Be realistic: Taking on Cloud Services may have a short-term impact on
   your organization’s revenue; it will also require that you to make
   investments.

 Build a business plan: Model a percentage of your revenue from Cloud
   offerings and make adjustments to transform your business accordingly.

 Plan for growth: The overall growth in on-premise Solutions is expected
   to be significantly slower than Cloud Solutions. The time to payback may
   be shorter than you think if you plan for growth.

 Build a multiple deployment model practice: Solution Providers that
   can take advantage of all aspects of the how customers plans to purchase
   will be the most successful.
