we missed. And we want to have greater context and rich content added to the many ways we communicate.
• Connectivity: We want uncompromised connectivity. We want to be better connected with people we work with,
customer, partners, the outside world. Customer service representatives want to feel closer to customer to help meet
their needs better, to provide richer experiences, potentially from any location.
