Chapter 7 UTILITIES & FILE FUNCTIONS
This chapter describes tools/features used for saving or loading models, publishing and
editing models and other file functions available in MAGNET. These capabilities are
accessed in the Utilities sub-menu (Figure 7-1).

7.1 Saving and Loading Models
In the current version of MAGNET, the conceptual model (i.e., the model domain and all of the conceptual
features and parametrization options) can be saved for simulation/analysis/refinement at a later time. This
can be done before submitting the model for simulation, after the simulation is completed (steady flow
modeling) or when the simulation is paused (unsteady modeling).
