“Cooper, I have a special mission for you. Corin put his arm around his subordinate’s shoulder when he walked in. First, I want you to form a group to send to the cabin and find out what the problem is since we lost contact. And second, I want you to lead a group to capture a man and bring him here for me. I’ve decided to accelerate the timetable for us to break camp. But first, there are a few houskeeping matters that should be cleaned up before we go. Send someone in your office to close the cur- tains before we go in.”
The two stood outside the door as a man went into Cooper’s office and drew the curtains.
Make sure you do it quick and stay low,” Cooper admon- ished, as the man went into the room.
“For the first mission, have your people go to this address,” said Corin, writing the address. “And make sure everyone alive is dead. If there are trails leading off that can be followed, you know what to do.”
“Yes Sir,” Cooper said.
“The second mission entails capturing a man. He’s an honery old bastard and might give you a little trouble, but I want him alive. You’ll find him at this address. His name is Matthew, and this is a photo of him. He is very important to me, so tell your men to take what they need to capture him. Killing him is tanta- mount to suicide.”
On the other side of town, stood another man in his bath- room. He had just finished brushing his teeth and closing the vanity after replacing his toothbrush. He stared deep into the two dimensional eyes of his image staring back at him with equal defiance. He took a deep breath and released it with a long ex- hale. His glaring visage suddenly brought the mirror image into the third dimension. He wanted to speak but felt intimidated by himself as if the mirror image had somehow usurped authority.
