By the Grace of God Almighty, Interloop Limited won
the Performance Award 2017 in PEOPLE category,

by adidas Group for the 2 consecutive year, during
its Supplier Summit in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The citation during presentation of the award quoted,
“Interloop is maintaining industry leading practices
regarding Employees and Community Welfare. The
management is taking the ownership of the business
to workers through “Employee Stock Options”. In
Interloop school system, the factory has contributed
more than $ 5.7 Million for 18 schools for the
community. Interloop is striving to have a balanced
gender mix in its management and their current talent
acquisition mix is 50 / 50 for males and females.
Interloop houses a state of the art sports complex
which is dedicated to its employees so that they
maintain a healthy life style.”

Interloop Welcomes adidas Senior Management

On 17 April, 2018, Senior Management of adidas
comprising Jochen Lindhaus, VP Sourcing
Operations A&G; Andres Berrio, Sr. Manager
Planning & Strategy Sourcing A&G Global
Operations; Yao Yu, Director Costing Sourcing
A&G Global Operations and Cruz Wong, Senior
Manager Materials visited Interloop Industrial
Park. Muhammad Bilal, Head of Marketing;
Muhammad Shahzad, Head of Merchandising
and Interloop’s adidas team welcomed the
delegates and briefed them about company
operations. The adidas team toured Interloop
Spinning, Product Development, Yarn Dyeing,
Research & Innovation Center, Knit - to - Pack
Production Lines at Plant 2 and the new Plant 4.
They appreciated the new Vertically Integrated
Hosiery Plant, showed interest in E-flow - Nano -
bubble technology which reduces water
consumption by 95%, chemical consumption by
71% and energy consumption by 50%, with zero
liquid discharge, and praised Interloop’s Muhammad Saifullah, Asst. Foreman Mechanical, Interloop briefing
