Promoting Teamwork through Rewards, Recognition, and Activities
1. Celebrate large and small achievements frequently.
• Sponsor contests to motivate and inspire positive outcomes.
• Acknowledge and celebrate successes such as covering callouts, last minute service requests, new hires, great prospect calls, billing records, high QA scores, and great client experience surveys. Consider using BAYADA bucks or BAYADA Wear for achievements.
• Reward billing milestones, profitability, successful accreditation surveys, and more with office dinners, a day off, or other perks.
• Highlight office achievements in The BAYADA Bulletin.

• Plan gatherings such as family picnics, office social outings, sports events, or amusement park trips.
