 4. Key Action of the Week Meeting
Beginning in January 2018, all office employees will participate in a companywide The BAYADA Way exercise every Thursday morning. These weekly exercises will serve to do the following:
 • Create frequent and intentional dialogue about “what good looks like” to help us attract and develop like-minded people, and further embed The BAYADA Way into our culture;
• Clarify the existing key actions in The BAYADA Way through intentional values-based dialog;
• Reconnect and reengage our teams with The BAYADA Way via weekly rituals tied to each key action;
• Encourage engagement and feedback about how the current key actions “show up” in daily practice;
• Educate about the importance of unified dialog surrounding our values.
From time to time, at weekly or monthly meetings, involve office employees in
The BAYADA Way exercises, incorporate stories that exemplify The BAYADA Way,
or encourage employees to share experiences that brought The BAYADA Way to life. Select from the catalog of The BAYADA Way exercises or design your own.
