 • Suggested duration of 30 minutes. To be held Thursday afternoon or Friday morning.
• Make arrangements to handle incoming phone calls. Voice mail and answering
services are not recommended.
• Attended by director, client services managers, clinical managers, recruiting managers
• Agenda includes:
• Discuss Week In Review report, which includes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Process Measurements (BPMs).
• Referral sources
• Review of goals and action plans
• Case review: client issues, concerns and updates
• Review client and employee incidents along with follow-up steps (Refer to Incident Reporting and Documentation
