 Promoting Communication through Team Meetings
1. Weekly Forward Meeting
 • This could take place as a “stand-up” meeting.
• Suggested duration of 30 minutes or less. To be held Monday mornings after
on-call report has been received.
• Make arrangements to handle incoming phone calls. Voice mail and answering services are not recommended.
• Attended by director, client services managers, clinical managers, recruiting managers
• Agenda includes:
• Review of on-call and action needs
• New cases and staffing needs
• Available field employees
• Recruitment needs
• Review of lifecycle
• Review of event or outlook calendar: interviews, orientation and competencies
• Case closings and discharges
• Review client and employee incidents along with follow-up steps (Refer to Incident Reporting and Documentation policy 0-933)
• Field employee incidents, terminations, and good news
• Office employees schedules for the week
• Marketing activities
• Other items as needed
