CLUB REPAIR SERVICE
This is a signi cant service that we provide for the members and we need to make sure the details of every transaction are completed correctly and ef ciently.
As soon as a member or guest comes to a member of the team, please start by engaging with that member about the problem at hand. Address the member by Mr. or Mrs. If you as the team member are not sure about club repair or the service needed to be provided, please nd a team member right away to handle the situation.
Before handling any service needed please
make sure we are getting the entire and detailed information we need as a team in order to complete the task. As seen the picture (right) Mr. Concannon’s driver is broken near the hosel of the club. In order to make sure it’s completed, please use the ID tag seen in the picture to take down a detailed description of what needs to
be xed. For example: Mr. Concannon needs a new Aldila Tour Green Driver shaft installed.
We will need Mr. Concannon’s member number and contact information in order to let him know when the repair is completed. Once you have
all the information that is needed make sure the appropriate steps are taken to complete the task (ex: order a new Tour Green Aldila shaft, remove the head of the driver from the broken shaft in preparation for the new shaft to come in).
Once this is taken care of, once again make sure you are equipped to nish the task at hand. If you are not comfortable completing the task, please nd a team member that is able to complete the task. If the repair is waiting on a part or work cannot be done right away, please put the club with tag on the rack in the club repair room labelled “Club Repair To Do.”
Once the club repair is completed, please leave the tag attached and notify the member or guest of completion and place on the rack labelled “Club Repair Completed.”
Please make sure that the club repair room is clean and tidy when-ever you leave the area. It is essential that when someone needs to go into the club repair room to help a member or guest it is a useful area.
The club repair service is a unique part to ensure the experience of members, guests and even team members is exceptional. Again, please make sure if you are uncomfortable with anything regarding the club repair service nd someone that will be able to assist with the matter at hand.
