MEMBER COMMUNICATION
Process:
In an effort to keep our members informed of all things golf (tournament, events, lesson programming, course conditions, etc.) we utilize a number of resources. It is our goal that all communication with the membership comes across in a warm, timely, accurate and professional manner consistent with our operation as a whole.
Practice Points:
Club Essential, the club website (www.ccclub.org), is a valuable member communication tool.
The homepage and homepage banner on the website are used to advertise upcoming golf tournaments and events, scheduled maintenance practices and current course conditions.
There is a Golf section for tournament sign-up, lesson and clinic sign-up, making tee times, hours of operation, golf rules and additional information.
Email blasts are sent to an opt-in golf group multiple times a month. These emails contain information such as registration openings, upcoming events, and past results.
Club Essential also allows us to communicate with segmented groups (MGA, WGA, WGA 9 Hole, Junior Golf, etc.) throughout the year for targeted events.
In addition to the website, golf news and upcoming events are communicated in the club newsletter and weekly email updates.
The Visage system on the golf carts announces daily cart path rules and course etiquette.
Once on property, members and guests receive communication at a variety of points: Golf Shop, Starter, Visage, Golf Shop Posters, and Locker Room Posters.
In the event of Frost Delays and/or Cart Restrictions, Golf Professional team will update players at the starter house and on the main page of the website.
If any team member received feedback from the membership, thank the member and report it to a supervisor immediately.
