racking has been introduced and so far the feedback from members has been very
positive.
Plans for the Junior Clubhouse are well advanced. The plan is to refurbish the whole
area and provide twenty-five full sized lockers as well as the installation of two
showers, replacing the doors and windows, and redecorating. The Juniors will
continue to have their own dedicated space.
The Club is still looking for a part time handyman who would be available to work on
Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 3pm. If you know of anyone who might be
interested please pass on their details to Kevin Creese.
Running costs are on track as of the end of September. All House income and
expenditure is closely monitored throughout the year and wastage figures for both
the bar and catering are reported monthly.
As the festive season approaches there are plenty of fun filled functions for all
members to enjoy. As ever, the Social Committee have been very busy organising
some of the traditional events, details of which are advertised on the notice board.

The Christmas carvery on Sunday 3 December is proving extremely popular -
please see a member of staff for further details. Other dates for the Sunday carvery

are the 12 and 19 November.

The Brunch ‘n’ Bubbly including the Christmas Draw event is being held on Sunday
17 December. Members will be able to enjoy a delicious brunch – fillet steak,

bacon, sausages, fried eggs, tomatoes, bubble and squeak, mushrooms, toast and
preserves including a glass of bubbly at a price of £18.95. Please reserve your place
at the bar.
