The Crew Hunter is the headhunting division of The Crew Academy and was launched in the summer of 2014. In response to a growing industry demand for high quality and trained interior crew, The Crew Hunter was developed as a specialist branch of recruitment, currently dedicated solely to the interior and galley.
Who are the Crew Hunters?
Milica Seguela
Milica heads up the team and offers a wealth of experience, having spent 14
years working in the service industry; eight of which were spent in the yacht crew recruitment sector, two in private households and six in the cruise ship industry. With knowledge of the luxury industry, recruitment experience and a degree in Hotel Management, Milica is perfectly placed to nd the right t for our clients and candidates alike.
Chris Daine
Chris began his career within the offshore nancial services arena where he primarily focused within the duciary and statutory requirements of his clients whilst maintaining a portfolio in excess of 250 clientele a new challenge Chris trained and quali ed as a sailing and water sports instructor which inevitably led him into the superyacht industry. During the six years within the industry Chris honed his deck skills on cats, sailing and motor yachts up to and including 110 metres, which saw him climb through the ranks to rst of cer Chris then made the decision to return ashore whilst wanting to maintain contact with crew. He therefore trained as a recruitment consultant for the industry where he built his reputation to what it is today. Chris joined The Crew Hunter Team bringing a wealth of yachting experience coupled with corporate professionalism.
Louise Overend
Louise has worked in Human Resources, Finance and general of ce management for 15 years, operating within a multitude of people-focused industries. As a Finance manager, she has dealt with all aspects of Accounting, Budgeting and Administration. This experience has given her a great understanding and in-depth working knowledge of the requirements of these roles. Louise developed a passion for the Super Yacht industry after working within the maritime training industry. She enjoyed seeing the crew progress through their courses, and took pride in part she played in helping them advance in their careers, which lead to her natural move into Head Hunting for yachting industry.
