Overview
In response to the increasing standards and levels of service on board yachts, The Crew Academy has developed a butler service training course. We offer
a tailor-made package based on the speci c needs of each crew member in accordance with the speci c needs of your owners and guests. Examples of this may include butler service, royal protocol, silver service and mixology.
Course outline
Through practical and theoretical training, trainees gain knowledge of communication and etiquette, excellence in personal presentation and professionalism, valet and housekeeping services, as well as butler service and table management thus giving them the con dence to deliver a seamless service to guests and owners and to carry out all necessary interior tasks awlessly.
The modules can be selected in accordance to the type of training you require and the time you have available. The course has been compiled by leading experienced butlers, interior managers and experts within each specialist’s eld.
All our PYA accredited trainers have extensive experience in interior and household management.
