Since the inception of The Crew Academy in 2011, we have steadily provided training for students in land-based roles, from service and housekeeping positions to senior management. We are now expanding our onshore hospitality courses, which combine elements from our well-established yacht service courses, to offer a range of services for the luxury homes, villas and palaces.
Our existing courses can be adapted to suit the exact needs of your property or team. We also offer bespoke, tailor-made training packages under the guise of our butler service training modules, which you can explore in greater detail on page 15. We teach our students how to professionally interact with guests and perfect personal presentation, develop superior skills in valet service, housekeeping, wine service, table service and other specialist areas.
In addition to running bespoke training, The Crew Academy works with our specialist interior recruitment agency The Crew Hunter to headhunt, interview and recruit the very nest for your interior staff from entry level through to managerial level:
