Overview
Led by one of the world’s best cocktail mixologists, these one-day courses will develop cocktail and bar skills that are sure to impress guests. Focusing on
the essential aspects of cocktail making, students learn the techniques and methodologies required to recognise key qualities in spirits and mixers in order to balance avours and make delicious drinks.
Course outline
Through a series of theoretical and practical training, those attending are instructed on the various cocktail methods and equipment currently used, to learn to create a set of popular cocktails including the Martini, Mojito, Cosmopolitan, Whiskey Sour, Negroni and Espresso Martini amongst many others.

Key outcomes
Using the premium Diageo Reserve spirits, delegates are taught a range of skills such as setting up a bar, key techniques and methods (throwing, shaking and stirring), identifying equipment, implementation of cocktail-making and serving knowledge.
