● Introduction to the yacht and its owners
● Overview of the crew and their roles
● Key yacht policies and procedures
● Mental Health Policies and Procedures and MH Buddy
● DPA and Management Company
● Insurance and medical policies and support company
● Information about the cruising itinerary and destinations
65. Team Announcement:
Announce the new crew member's imminent arrival onboard to the rest of the team.
66. Introductions:
Schedule introductory meetings with key team members, including the Captain, HOD, and relevant crew.
67. Communication Setup:
Set up the new crew member's email account and other communication tools (e.g., onboard messaging systems, WhatsApp groups).
