● Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
● Consider running a paid campaign on social media to promote the vacancy
● Partner with crew recruitment agencies such as The Crew Hunter
● Post on the management company's or yacht’s website (careers page)
● Attend industry yacht shows, conferences, workshops, and any crew
meet-ups to network with potential candidates
● Create visually appealing and informative content (videos, infographics) to
showcase the job opportunity and the yacht's culture and lifestyle.
