b. Interview location or virtual meeting link
c. Interview format (video call, phone call, in person)
d. Calendar invite
19. Pre-interview Materials:
Share relevant materials with candidates beforehand, such as:
a. Job description
b. Crew handbook
c. Information about the yacht
d. Details of any tasks or preparation to complete
20. Confirmation:
Confirm candidate attendance at least 24 hours before the interview to minimise no-shows.
21. Clear Instructions:
Provide clear instructions for boarding the vessel (e.g., marina location, security procedures) or accessing the virtual interview platform.
Interview Execution: Preliminary Stage 22. Welcome and Introductions:
Warmly welcome the candidate and introduce the interviewer(s).
