Traction Angle Settings
• H, G, F settings – commonly used when the patient presents with minimal Forward Head
Posture (less than 15mm) combined with loss or reversal of the neck curve.
• *NOTE – Patients generally begin at a less intense “G” setting and progress to the more intense “F”
settings as their neck flexibility and tolerance for extension traction allows.
• **NOTE – Traction:Fulcrum pressure settings ratio in the iTrac software will generally be 1:2 for these
traction arm settings.
