Since the BES and stolen of those wheelbarrows at shed 51 of farm 5 from
Nadzab to this date much effort and comment have been focused into
obtaining information of any sorts about whereabouts and of any tip off
information to retrieve those wheelbarrows form those perpetrators.

Things are more easer when we get full support from the both farm managers
of Nadzab farm, especially from Mr. Joseph Kimagl for continues information
and defending PCS company from MHL Security Manager and Investigator for
fouls information and reduce of PCS manpower at Nadzab farm by convincing
their MHL Higher Management Team.

Joseph have been very supportive to PCS which he had confrontation his MHL
Security Manager and Investigator for been very supportive and over
protective concerning PCS security operations at Nadzab farm.

It was a year and half PCS have taken over the MHL Private security guards
from night shift, and we are challenged with difficulty but so much
improvement have been gain in the area of security and mortality rate of the
Day Old Chicks and fully grown up Meat Birds. Also Joseph was the driving
factor of Nadzab farm achievement and of its moving forward with great
results obtained from the work he does best as one of Nadzab farm best farm
managers so far in the history of MHL farm managers.

Over the last couple of months, we have been very deterrent against
perpetrators and fouls play by those shed worker which Nadzab farm breeding
and sells percentages have grown from going under to top of the range farm
percentage by generating more income into MHL out of Nadzab breeding cycle
when MHL currently faced with financial crisis at its worst and whatever
outcome results only known to MHL Management and MHL Staffs.

Thus stealing of those seven wheelbarrows have put us (PCS) the service
provider and Nadzab farm managers under heaver criticism for MHL Security
Manager and its Department. Which Joseph was also been criticize for his
stand with PCS Company and PCS Guards at Nadzab farm.
