How to Use JazzHR (con’t)
2. If you have a job(s) to post, submit the “Jazz job posting request form.”
a. It is important that this form be completed fully, leaving out details will del ay your posting.
b. We make every effort to post your jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
c. Please do not “create” your own job posting as this will delay your posting.
3. If your job has been filled or you have any questions, please email: careers@thejoint.com.
All jobs posted will follow a template for both Chiropractors and Wellness Sales Coordinators. These jobs cannot be altered in order to
protect our employment branding. Please note the titles of our jobs so that you can follow using these titles when advertising your jobs
and hiring outside of JazzHR.
All jobs will run 90 days maximum, with the job automatically changing to “on-hold” or “filled” at that time. Limiting job postings for 90
days is an additional way for us to protect our employment branding. If you have not filled your job in 90 days, the job must “rest” for a
minimum of 2 weeks before you can submit another job posting request for the same job to The Joint career page.
It is highly recommended that you copy and paste the URL link to your ad to paid sites such as Indeed.com, Glassdoor.com,
ZipRecruiter, Nexxt.com, ChiroRecruit.com, GetChiropracticJobs.com, Planetc1.com, Craigslist as well as local recruiting sources and
Chiropractic schools. You can find the URL to your job in the grey box in the upper right corner.
The recruiting department at The Joint uses social media, networking and relationship building to recruit on a national level on a regular
basis. This traffic is driven generically to our career page (www.thejoint.com/careers). If you do not have your jobs posted, candidates
from these efforts cannot find you.
