Searching for User Accounts Step-by-step Instructions

1 Click the gear icon in the
upper right of your screen

2 Click Users and then select
User Management from the
drop-down menu

3 On the Search User screen,
select the Status (Active
(default), Inactive, or All) and
then enter search criteria
Click Search

Note: If using common
names, you may need to
add more information for the
search i e : first name, email,
or username
