Resetting Account Password Step-by-step Instructions (con’t)

0 Password Reset - By an Administrator

1 If a user is not sure
which email address they
registered with, you will
need to search for their user
account Follow the steps
in the Searching for a User
section on how to do this

2 Once you find the user, click
the Reset link on the right
side under the Password
column

3 A pop-up will appear
with the password reset
information Select either
Auto Generated or Manual
from the Reset Method
drop-down Please note that
an email must be included
for the password to be sent
Click OK and an email will
be sent to the user with their
temporary password

4 Once the user signs in, they
will be prompted to change
their password
