             Inactivating and Activating User Account Step-by-step Instructions



           1  Follow the Searching for
             User Accounts Step-by-step
             Instructions on how to find a
             user account

           2  Once you find the correct
             user, click on the Last Name,
             to open the User Profile

           3  a. To Inactivate:
             Select InActive from the
             Status drop-down menu

             b  To Activate:
             Select Active from the Status
             drop-down menu

             c  Click Submit

         NOTE: You are required to
         inactivate any employee that no
         longer works for the company
