Defining: What does tuition mean?

Tuition is the payment that someone gives in order to be part of an educational institution;

this amount can differ according to the recognition or the category of certain institution.
Limiting: what is tuition used for?

It is used to pay the basic needs of an institution such as the water, the electricity, the
Internet or the phone but also to make profit that benefits the investors of the establishment.

Limiting: In Ecuador, what institutions do work with tuition?
In Ecuador, most of public universities are free, but private universities have different

tuitions as requirement to enter.

Limiting: If tuition is allowed, how much would this be expected to cost?
I think that there are tuitions that are really expensive like $4.000 or more per semester so I

believe that tuitions should be more affordable like $500 to $1.000.
