Tendering & Procurement • In accordance with the contracting requirements, produce tender design documentation, including specifications and schedules, to enable the tendering of trade packages. • Provide assistance as required during the trade package tendering and evaluation periods. Respond to any technical queries during the tender process. Construction Phase • Update the Detailed Design • Documentation into a full suite of ‘For Construction’ documentation, making any amendments as required by the tender process. • Provide written, clear, unambiguous responses to site queries (RFIs). • Inspect and provide list(s) of outstanding defects and omissions prior to Practical Completion. • Assess completion of work in accordance with the design and certify Practical Completion for architectural elements. Post Construction • • Inspect and list remaining outstanding defects identified at Practical Completion until closed out. Assess, revise and submit asbuilt documents within two weeks of Practical Completion. 40
