WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE HUMAN?
1
In this 2015, TED TALK Erwin McManus shares his perspective on what makes us uniquely human. ”He challenges us to
understand that we are naturally creative, that we are the only species that is capable of creating our own future. We, in fact,
have the power to materialize the invisible, to create that which we can imagine. In addition, we have the capacity to imagine
ourselves different that we are, better than we are. In the end, the question is not “Will we create?”, but rather, “What will
we create?”
As a teacher, I have the capability to create the future of education, to make it better,
and what I can create is “ideal”
