CONCERNING DEMOCRACY
The Rwandese republic is a semi-democratic country
living under a mild tyrant Paul Kagame, the full promise
of democracy has not been delivered to Rwanda , the
fear of war and state collapse has managed to suppress
mass emotion. Rwanda is not democratic until it
reificates democratic ideals in its practical politics.
These ideals are:
1.Free, fair and regular elections
2.guarantee of Human rights and basic freedoms
3.Public participation in the governmental process
these raft of measures, once implemented will make
Rwanda a better place for the seed of Democracy to
germinate and grow into a big tree.
