Basically, the International Criminal Court (ICC),

is an institutional framework charged with the mandate

of prosecuting individuals who have allegedly

committed crimes aganist humanity, ICC has made its

presence felt within the African continent. It has played

a leading role towards promoting accountability among

leaders, it is also a tool for retribution for victims of

crimes aganist humanity.

Many leaders of the African continent fear the

footsteps of the ICC, once they get a wind that ICC is
