IMC Employees Give Back
Throughout the year, groups of employees
volunteer their time at local community
organizations.
CAO Joins IMC
Rich Altus is the company’s first Chief Administrative
Officer, overseeing the departments of accounting,
human resources and information technology. He
brings decades of experience in the C-suites of
several venture capital and private equity firms. Rich
holds a business degree from Drexel University.
IMC volunteers spent a beautiful fall day at Main Line
Animal Rescue in Chester Springs. They performed
landscaping duties including poison plant removal,
cutting down branches that blocked the trail around
the facility and filling in holes throughout the property.
New Project Executive Additions
IMC recently welcomed Mike Gross and Ken Schell
aboard as new Project Executives. Mike has 30 years of
construction experience with commercial, higher education,
and healthcare facilities. He is an alumunus of Bucknell
University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Civil
Engineering.
Ken brings 25 years of construction experience building
For the month of November, IMC employees healthcare and science & technology facilities. He holds
participated in a food drive collecting various pantry a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechancial Engineering
staples for the Chester County Food Bank. We
were able to donate 200 lbs of food for this drive! from West Virginia University.
Employees also volunteered at CCFB’s facility
in Exton. During their visit, the volunteers made
“Weekend Backpacks” for children within Chester Photo Credits
